CHAM HOC is a clean, modern platform that builds trust and engagement through a bright design with warm green and orange accents, reflecting both energy and educational focus. The layout is clear and structured, with visual aids that make progress easy to track. It’s both functional and welcoming.

CHAM HOC was a personal project where I single-handedly tackled every phase of the design process, applying the Design Thinking methodology. Each phase—research, ideation, prototyping, and testing—was revisited whenever I felt it needed refinement.
Of course, handling everything on my own brought certain pressures, especially given the risk of personal biases when working without external feedback. Beyond crafting the UI/UX, I also designed the brand identity and all marketing materials. It was a huge workload, but an invaluable opportunity to deeply understand the diverse challenges a UI/UX designer can face.

From CHAM HOC, I realized how easily personal biases can creep in when working independently. Without external feedback, it’s easy to overlook crucial insights or alternative perspectives that could make the design stronger and more user-friendly. This taught me the importance of deliberately pausing to question my own decisions, reviewing my work with a critical eye, and being open to seeking feedback from others—even when working alone.
Moreover, having to handle both the UI/UX design and branding aspects of the project gave me a holistic view of a designer’s role. It reminded me that design is not just about making things look good; it’s also about creating a meaningful experience that aligns with the brand’s message and user needs.
